Tracee Crossett has scientific training and background in molecular cell biology and immunology and has spent the past 16 years in the biotechnology industry with companies such as Thermo Fisher Scientific and Lonza. She held roles of increasing responsibility starting off in the lab and for the past 12 years has been in the business world of market development and product management. 


Through her consulting business, Tracee draws upon her experiences from supporting a broad range of portfolios to help companies achieve their goals. She believes courage and transparency in communication is the foundation that builds the trust needed for a partnership to succeed. Her enthusiasm and passion translate into client work that exceeds expectations. 


On a personal level, Tracee loves supporting her two daughters in their youth ice hockey adventures. A recent passion for ice hockey photography has emerged that allows her to express her creativity while at the ice rink.
